1report is a hospitality intelligence platform providing revenue, cost, and compliance reporting for hotel and hospitality businesses, offered on a subscription basis (Bronze, Gold, and Platinum plans, as described on our pricing page).

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication, available in your account settings.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on the cycle you select (monthly or annual), plus applicable VAT.
• Where auto-charge is enabled, your subscription renews automatically at the then-current rate for your plan unless you cancel before the renewal date.

8. Service availability
